Today was the last day of school Halloween parties. My kids are growing so fast. At TSP, they only allow Halloween (Reformation) parties in PreK - Grade 2. I have been a "room mom" for the last 4 years. I'm going to miss that. I cannot believe how fast the kids are growing up. This years party was a little different in that I had the older kids & had to attempt to remember what it was like for the Kindergarteners as far as crafts & games.
We did do 1 of the kids' favorite things - dig in the brains for prizes (red spaghetti noodles). It is funny to see how kids react having to put their hands in that. We also played witches brew with straws, made tootsie pop ghosts, played Halloween Bingo & made some witches brew (popcorn, pretzels, raisins, goldfish, marshmellows, chocolate chips). The kids had a great time & so did I.
